Beat at low speed.  With spatula keep cleaning the up sides, until the mix is lumpy.   1 &#8211; 2 minutes.<br \/>\nPut the crust in a deep mold, 23 cm. diameters, pushing down.<br \/>\nBake it for 15 to 20 min or until the edges are golden light.<br \/>\nFILLING\uff1a<br \/>\nIn the same bowl combine: sugar, flour, baking soda, salt and  vanilla.  Beat at medium speed, pushing the ingredients down on the sides with a spatula during 1 &#8211; 2 min.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/mamaron.com\/cooking\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/old-images\/20110106_1697696.jpg\" width=\"240\" height=\"180\" alt=\"\" class=\"pict\" \/><br \/>\nAdd the rest of the ingredients then distribute the mix on top of the hot crust.  Continue baking for 25 &#8211; 30 min. or until the filling is golden light and hard.
