MEXICAN COOKING (JAPANESE)
PICADILLO POBLANO can be served with rice, or make Mexican tacos with corn tortillas, or with fried soft tortillas make tacos, and serve them hot with cream over and a hot tomato sauce on top.

**Ingredients
75o gm. Ground veal or beef or chicken or pork
8 Italian tomatoes (chopped)
5 small garlic cloves (chopped)
½ med. Onion (chopped)
2 apples (chopped)
2 pears (chopped)
1 cooking banana (ripped) (chopped)
2 peaches (chopped)
1/2 cup raisins
1/3 cup chopped almonds or sliced almonds
½ tomatoes puree
Italian consomm? cubes
Black pepper
Cinnamon powder
Cloves powder

**Recipe
1 In a hot oil fry garlic and onion, add the ground meat.
2when well done add the tomatoes, pepper and the consomm?, cover them.
3Let them cook with low fire until you like it.

4 Add the chopped fruit, the raisins and the almonds, some cinnamon and clove powder and let it cook for 20 or 25 min. more.
