BROWNIE   (mold 28X28cm)   
**Ingredients**    (Japanese)
200g   no salt butter   (put on a room, melted )
180g   Brown sugar
3  Eggs
100g  Flour(for cookies)
50g Cocoa  powder(Van Houten・Neth)
2Tbs  Rum Dark
100g    Walnuts (rough crushed )
200g Dark chocolate  (rough crushed )
*spread a waxed paper on the mold

**PECIPE**
1  In the bowl of an electric mixer with the butter on medium-high speed until smooth and turn color white from yellow.
2   Gradually add the sugar, beating until light and fluffy, 3-5minutes.
3   Add the eggs, one Tbs. at a time, beating well after each addtion.
4  Sift together flour and cocoa powder .
5   The  flour mixture  in three additions into batter
by spatula well each addtion.
6    Fold  the crushed walnuts, chocolate and rum
into the batte.

7   Spoon the batter into prepared the mold even
the surface.
8   Bake until a toothpick inserted the center of the cake come out clean,
about 20minutes, 160°C.
