Ingredients
ForCRUST:
100g flour
30g sugar
90g softened butter
ForFILLING
a little of Vanilla
90g sugar
100g chopped dates
50g flour
150g shredded coconut
2 eggs
half cup of chopped pecan
2g Baking powder
half cup of canned cherries cut in halves.
1g Salt
Recipe
Turn the oven on at 180℃.
CRUST:
In the mixer, mix the 3 ingredients for the crust. Beat at low speed. With spatula keep cleaning the up sides, until the mix is lumpy. 1 – 2 minutes.
Put the crust in a deep mold, 23 cm. diameters, pushing down.
Bake it for 15 to 20 min or until the edges are golden light.
FILLING:
In the same bowl combine: sugar, flour, baking soda, salt and vanilla. Beat at medium speed, pushing the ingredients down on the sides with a spatula during 1 – 2 min.
Add the rest of the ingredients then distribute the mix on top of the hot crust. Continue baking for 25 – 30 min. or until the filling is golden light and hard. Let it cool completely and slice it in bars.

・結構甘いです。でも、後引く感じですよ。
・涼しいときはいいけれど、湿気や暑さを嫌うので涼しいところでの保存をお勧めします。
